Pan roasted ginger Talapia is a superb delicious, healthy recipe obviously.when u taste it,aroma of various species would make a blaster of taste in ur tounge.crispyness of outer surface & juicy inner flakes is just mind-blowing.it is quite healthy also.mastard oil, ginger provides extra nutritional values.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whole talapia fish. 400 gm
  2. Mastard oil. 1 tbs
  3. Roasted cumin powder. 1 tsp
  4. Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. Ginger juice. 1&1/2 tbs
  6. Soya sauce. 1&1/2 tbs
  7. Lemon juice. 1 tbsp
  8. Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  9. Corn flour. 2 tsp
  10. Salt [as per taste]

Instructions

  1. Wash thoroughly fishes with lamon juice and a pinch of tarmaric Powder.
  2. Marinate fishes with lamon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger juice, salt,soya sauce, tomato paste.
  3. Allow it to rest at least 15-20 minutes in covered.for best result keep it in refrigerator for whole night.
  4. Add corn flour, green chilli paste and rub well all over the fishes.
  5. Heat pan and add 1 tbs mastard oil.bake fishes on medium to lower flame.
  6. When one side is fully done, make upside down.
  7. Or u can bake fishes in pre heated oven to 300° F or 240° C temperature for 20 minutes.
  8. Or until. Fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. While baking fish,if it gets too dry baste fishes with mastard oil & remaining paste.
  10. So fish would keep juicy.
  11. When it is fully done turn off heat.
  12. Serve hot with green sauce & as to your taste.
