ABOUT Dryfruit Milk shake RECIPE

This is a perfect and healthy drink which can be given to kids and adults.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 2 cup
  2. Honey or sugar 4 tsp
  3. Cashew nuts 5
  4. Dates 2
  5. Almonds 3
  6. Raisins 5
  7. Pista [pistachios] 3
  8. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak dates in milk for 1 hr.
  2. Grind soaked dates,almonds ,cashew,pista ,cardamom powder using little amount of boiled milk.
  3. Add sugar or honey to rest of the milk.mix both well.
  4. Pour into glass,and serve the chilled milkshake.
