Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Patatoes 4 in no. Medium sized
  2. Salt 2 teaspoon
  3. Water 1 litre
  4. Wheat flour
  5. Ghee

Instructions

  1. First of all boil the potatoes along with 1 tea spoon salt and water till 3 whistles... Let the pressure settle down ,now remove d lid and peel off the potatoes ..
  2. Add the remaining salt to d potatoes and mash them really well Now take 2 cups wheat flour add 2 tblspn ghee to it and using warm water start kneading it ...Add water in batches...Knead it till it makes a smooth dough Now cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 10 min. After 10 min.
  3. Take a large lemon sized ball from the dough and spread it using finger upto 30 cm Now spread some dry flour on to it Add the stuffing.,now fold it either round or squarish.Now put some more dry flour over it
  4. Start rolling with out applying much force Roll it till when you achieve your desired size.. Switch the flame on high
  5. Put the paratha on the hot skillet. Let it cook after 2 min flip it apply some ghee...Switch d flame to minimum Let it cook for 2 3min. Flip it again put some ghee on dis side also cook for 1 min ...Flip it again cook for 1 more min. And your paratha is ready...
