ABOUT Mix vegetable paratha RECIPE

This is a delicious variety of paratha made with lots of veggies, a perfect and filling breakfast for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Gram flour/besan - 1/4 cup
  3. Peas/matar - 2 tbsp
  4. Finely chopped cabbage - 2 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped potato - 1/2 cup
  6. Finely chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  7. Finely chopped ginger - 1 inch stick
  8. Finely chopped green chillies - 3 - 4
  9. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  10. Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp
  11. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  12. cumin seeds/jeera seeds - 1/2 tsp
  13. oil - 1/2 cup
  14. salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Blanch all the veggies,heat one tbsp oil in a pan,add ginger,green chillies and cumin seeds to crackle.
  2. Add all the veggies and saute for one mins.
  3. Add salt ,garam masala and one tsp red chilli powder n saute for five mins.
  4. Now stuffing is ready.
  5. In a kneading bowl mix gram flour,wheat flour,salt ,one tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tbsp oil.
  6. Make a soft dough with the help of a water.
  7. Now fill the stuffing inside a dough ball
  8. Roll out paratha,place the paratha over the hot tawa,as soon as looks like brown.
  9. Flip over and cook on the other side till brown.
  10. Take off the tawa and serve hot.
