ABOUT Peas -carrot pulao RECIPE

This is a healthy and easy recipe of pulao which can be served with just some raita on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1/2 cup peas
  3. 2 spoon chopped carrot
  4. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 2cloves
  8. 1 pinch asfoetida
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil.1 spoon
  11. Ghee 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker .Add oil.and ghee. Add mustard seeds,.
  2. Add carrot and peas.
  3. Then add salt, turmeric powder,garam masala.
  4. Add the washed rice and 3 cups of water.
  5. Cook until 3 whistles are attained.
  6. Pulao is ready to be served.
