Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 1 diced
  2. Tomato 2 chopped.
  3. Green chillies 2 finely chopped.
  4. Ginger 1/2 inch grated.
  5. Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped.
  6. Poha 1/2 cup.
  7. Rice flour 3/4 cup.
  8. Rava 1/4 cup.
  9. Fennel seeds 1 tsp.
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
  12. Lemon juice 2 tsp.
  13. Salt to taste.
  14. Oil for shallow frying.

Instructions

  1. Now add all the above ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add water teaspoon by teaspoon till you get a solid dough.
  2. Now make lemon sized balls and flatten these balls into patties. Now shallow fry in a tawa. Turn over the sides till they are well cooked. Fry them to get golden brown Poha Veg patties.
