    Tawa pav bhaji

    Ingredients to make Tawa pav bhaji

    • Boiled Vegetables (green peas, potatoes, beans, mushroom, carrot, caulifower or any of your choice) - 1 Cup
    • salt to taste
    • White butter - 1 cup
    • Pav bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
    • chilly powder - 1 tsp
    • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    • Kitchen King masala - 1 tsp
    • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
    • jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
    • coriander leaves - 1 cup
    • lemon juice - 1 small cup
    • onions chopped - 3 finely chopped for gravy and for garnish too
    • tomatoes, chopped - 2 medium sized

    How to make Tawa pav bhaji

    1. Boil all the vegetables of your choice with salt and mash them with hand masher and set aside.
    2. Heat a tawa, add 3 tbsp of butter on it, add chopped onions, tomatoes and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste. Mix well till the onions and tomatoes are done.
    3. Add salt, all the spices and mix well. Add the veggies and mash well in the tawa and beat it with a spatula well till the masalas are well blended.
    4. Add 1 tsp of lemon to it, mix well. Finally transfer it to a serving dish, add chopped onions, coriander leaves and 1 tbsp of butter. Serve hot with pavs.

    My Tip:

    For colour, add kashmiri red chilly powder.
