Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 400 gm
  2. Capsicum - 1
  3. Onion - 1
  4. Tomato - 1
  5. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  6. Haldi [turmeric powder] - 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  11. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  12. Chat masala
  13. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  14. Ajwain [carom seeds] - 1/2 tsp
  15. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  16. Oil
  17. Green chutney
  18. Besan - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into cubes
  2. Like wise cut Capsicum, Onion and tomatoes into slices
  3. Take a bowl. Put hung curd
  4. Now mix all the masalas according to your taste... You can increase or decrease them
  5. For green chutney make a thick paste of 1/4 cup pudina, 1/2 cup coriander leaves and 2 green chillies
  6. Put this chutney in bowl and whisk it properly so that no lumps are formed
  7. Take 2 tbsp Besan. Dry roast on tawa till aroma comes
  8. Mix Besan into the marination
  9. At last put lemon juice
  10. Now mix paneer cubes and other vegetables and mix them well
  11. Keep the bowl in fridge for at least half and hour
  12. Now put paneer and veggies in wooden skewers
  13. Pan fry them. After that for a second or two show the skewers directly on fire so that we can get fire aroma in them
  14. Serve them with chutney of your choice
