These soya seekh kebabs are melt in mouth and made of kala Chana which is good for health and can be made with zero oil

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soya granules - 1 cup
  2. Kala Chana (soaked in water for over night) - 1/2 cup
  3. 1 boiled potato
  4. Whole garam masala [cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, mace, pepper corns] - just a few
  5. Salt
  6. Tomato sauce - 1tsp
  7. Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  8. Chat masala - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Bread crumbs [as required]
  10. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  11. Black salt [as required]
  12. Chopped Onion - 1
  13. Chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
  14. Chopped coriander leaves [handful]

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook Chana with granules, salt and khade masala
  2. Cool and make a paste with the help of blender
  3. Mix all dry masalas and chopped Onion, chillies and coriander leaves
  4. Make small tikkis and pan fry them
