ABOUT Burger with aloo and suji tikki RECIPE

This is Indian style burger made with semolina and potatoes. A delicious and healthy burger to be served for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Buns... 4
  2. Boiled and mashed aloo [potato]... 1 cup
  3. Suji [semolina].... [As required ]
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Butter... As required
  6. Mango powder and garam masala... 1/2 tea spoon each
  7. Mayonnaise, tomato sauce.. 1 table spoons each
  8. Salt, pepper and oregano or mixed herbs to taste

Instructions

  1. Slit buns horizontally and cook on tawa using butter
  2. Mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise and salt, black pepper and mixed herbs in a bowl and keep aside
  3. Mix aloo, suji, salt and masalas and make tikki. Cover it with dry suji on both sides and cook on tawa using butter or oil or desi ghee
  4. On buns apply mayonnaise mix and keep tikkis in the middle of buns and serve
