Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg boneless Chicken breast
  2. 1/2 kg Onion
  3. Tandoori paste:
  4. 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  5. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  6. 1 tbsp Green Chilli paste
  7. 3 dry powder :
  8. Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Corriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  11. For the dough: 1 cup Maida/ Flour
  12. 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  13. 4 eggs
  14. Green chutney as required

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rotis by mixing the flour with sufficient quantity of water and making a soft dough. On a tawa make rotis, you can even use left over rotis here.
  2. Take a pan, add a little oil then add the ginger garlic paste, chicken, tomato puree, the dry powders, salt, tandoori paste and let it cook.
  3. Now add sliced onions.
  4. Take another pan, put a little oil then beat 1 egg put the roti in that egg and saute it on the hot pan. Make it a little crispy.
  5. Spread some green chutney, put some chicken with masala and roll the roti. Cut in half and enjoy.
