Daliya is very healthy and this is a quick, easy recipe to make this for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup daliya
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp chilly paste
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1carrot chopped
  7. 4 cups water
  8. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1 tsp ghee
  10. salt to taste


  1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add ginger,garlic, chilly paste.
  4. Add all vegetables,saute it
  5. Rinse the daliya .stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Add 4 cups water. And Salt as required.
  7. Stir and pressure cooker for 3-4 whistle.
