ABOUT Kachhi haldi ki sabji with peas RECIPE

An easy and healthy curry made with raw turmeric which is very nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 grm raw turmeric
  2. 1 cup peas
  3. 3-4 green chilly chopped
  4. 1 tsp coriander powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 Pinch Asafoetida
  7. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  8. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Peel & greated turmeric and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds.and mustard seeds.&allow to splutter.
  3. Add Asafoetida and green chili and cook for 1-2 second.
  4. Add turmeric and peace and cook till it became soft.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Add salt, coriander powder.and mix it well. Cook for 4-5 minute
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
