ABOUT Muli bhurji RECIPE

BHurjis are very popular side dishes, so here is another variety to it, I have used radish here to make this delightful curry to be served along with some roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium radish with leaves
  2. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  3. 2green chilly chopped
  4. 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  5. 2 tsp mustard oil
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel the radish.
  2. Rinse the leaves and chopped it.
  3. Heat the mustard oil.
  4. Now add a green chillies and a Asafoetida and fry again for a half minute.
  5. Add the radish with the leaves.stir,add salt and mix well.
