An Apple a day is good for health. we all know that but still we find it difficult to include it in our diet every day. This recipe presents a refreshingly different way to use in your breakfast menu. Manna is a readymade Rafi porridge powder made healthier with some added ingredients. We can replace this powder with home made ragi porridge powder ground along with sprouts, almonds, cashews etc.,It’s a simple recipe which should appeal to all age groups.
