Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Patties:
  2. 1 cup minced Nutrela Soy Chunks (soaked)
  3. 1 large potato (boiled)
  4. 1/2 cup peas (boiled)
  5. 1 carrot (grated)
  6. 1 capsicum (finally chopped)
  7. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  8. 4 green chillies (ground)
  9. 1/2 tsp Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. For assembling:
  12. 4 Burger buns
  13. 4 cheese slices
  14. Round sliced Cucumbers, Tomatoes & Onions
  15. Refined Oil to cook
  16. Dr. Oetker's FunFoods Mayonnaise
  17. Mustard Sauce
  18. green chutney
  19. Tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except peas to prepare mixture for patties, in a bowl.
  2. Make round patties with this mixture and stuff it with peas.
  3. Add some oil in the pan on medium heat and cook the patties on both sides until crisp and golden brown.
  4. Slice, butter and toast the bun(s).
  5. Spread the mustard sauce and some green chutney on the bottom bread(s).
  6. Place the patties on the bottom bread(s).
  7. Put cheese slices on top of the patties.
  8. Place round slices of cucumber, tomato and onion.
  9. Top it all off with a dollop of tomato ketchup and Dr. Oetker's FunFoods mayonnaise, and then place the top burger bun.
  10. Serve with desired condiments and potato fries (optional).
