Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Paav bhaaji masala 1 spoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  5. Red chilly powder 1/4 spoon
  6. Lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  7. Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
  8. Dried red chilly 1
  9. Clove 2
  10. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  11. Bay leaf 1


  1. First boil the rice in pressure cooker.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil,add clove, dried red chilly ,mustard seeds,Asafoetida.
  3. Then add capsicum , and peas.
  4. Add all spices.
  5. Then add rice.add lemon juice.and mix well.
