This tomato soup is just too yummy .and creamy .once anyone have it will love to relish in their diet everyday in winter

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big tomatoes
  2. One beetroot skin peeled
  3. Salt
  4. Bayleaf 1
  5. Black pepper corns 8 to 9
  6. Ginger fresh 1 inch peeled and cut finely
  7. Garlic three peeled and cut finely
  8. Bran bread one slice cut in to 4
  9. Butter 1 tbsp
  10. Whole wheat flour 1 and half tsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan put all ingredients with 1 cup of water mentioned and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Once tomatoes and beetroot are soft , switch off the flame . Discard bayleaf and mix in it in blender and blend into soft puree. strain the puree. heat olive oil or butter on a medium flame and toss. In whole-wheat flour . Cook it for minute to ensure it doesn't burn.
  3. Add this tomato puree in this mixture.
  4. Bring this to both boil in medium flame
  5. Taste the seasoning before taking off from heat .
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with bran bread toasted & cut into square slices.
  7. Enjoy this creamy tomato soup with toasted bread slice
