Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanuts - 1 cup
  2. Thil [sesame seeds] - 1/2 cup
  3. Red chilli - 4
  4. Salt as required
  5. Jeera - 1 tbs
  6. Mustard seeds - 1 tbs
  7. Oil for Tadka

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai and roast peanuts, after some time add thil [sesame seeds] in it.
  2. Once thil [sesame seeds] turn in to brown then add red chillis.
  3. Once they are roast, take in to a plate.
  4. After some time, grind all these mixtures and put tadka into the chutney.
