Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sprouts- 1 cup
  2. Oil-2 tsp
  3. Jeera-1\2 tsp
  4. Onion-1 ,finely chopped
  5. Green chilly-1
  6. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  7. Tomato-1
  8. Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder- 1 & 1\2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
  11. Garam masala-1\2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Clean the sprouts well in water and pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.
  2. .Heat oil in a pan, add in jeera then add chopped onion, green chilly and saute.Next, add ginger garlic paste and saute a while followed by chopped or pureed tomato.Cook till it be
  3. Then add all spice powders and the cooked sprouts.Adjust water consistency.Check the taste and add spice or salt it needed.
  4. Cook in low flame till all the spices blends together with the sprouts.Switch off and add chopped coriander
