ABOUT Sweet Corn Sundal !! RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet corn - 2 big cups
  2. Carrot grated - 2 nos
  3. Pomegranate kernels - 1 / 4 th cup
  4. Ginger - 1 tspn finely chopped
  5. Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
  6. Curry leaves - few
  7. Coriander leaves for garnish
  8. Coconut freshly grated - 1/4 th cup
  9. Mustard seeds - 1tspn
  10. Coconut oil - 1 tbspn
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai put the washed sweet corn and little water in it and boil it for 5 minutes... till done
  2. Transfer this cooked sweet corn in a plate
  3. Then take the same kadai, put oil and when hot add the mustard seeds & after it splutters put curry leaves, green chilly & ginger and saute well for a minute...
  4. Then add the grated carrots & boiled corn.... and salt....mix well ....Let it cook for about 2 minutes... Then turn off the gas.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves , coconut & Pomegranate kernels...
  6. Serve immediately.... :blush:
  7. Here I have served it in Cabbage bowls
