Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby potatoes 8 pcs boiled.
  2. Spinach 2 cup finely chopped.
  3. Tomatoes 1 pc sliced.
  4. Onion 1 large sliced.
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  6. Turmeric powder 2 tbsp.
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
  8. White cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  9. Bay leaf 1.
  10. Dry chilli 1.
  11. Water 1/2 cup
  12. Salt as needed.
  13. Garam masala 2 tbsp.
  14. Refined oil 1 cup.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the boiled potatoes & keep aside.
  3. Add a little sliced onion & ginger garlic paste in oil & saute for 2 mins.
  4. Add the chopped spinach & blend it in a blender.
  5. Heat oil again .
  6. Add cumin seed & bay leaf.
  7. Add onion & tomatoes in it & cook for 2 mins.
  8. Add the blended spinach & fried potatoes in it.
  9. Add 1/2 cup water.
  10. Cook for 10 mins. on medium flame.
  11. Sprinkle garam masala powder before serve.
