ABOUT Moraiya khichdi RECIPE

This is a delicious and healthy recipe of making khichdi at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moraiya 1 cup
  2. Ground nuts 1/2 cup
  3. Oil 2 spoon
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  7. Ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  8. Curd 1/2 cup
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Water as required
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the moraiya and leave it to drain.
  2. Crush the ground nuts.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan. At the cumin seed, Kari Patta.
  4. Add water and turmeric powder in it.
  5. When the water begins to boil add the Morya. Add groundnuts and Ginger Chilli paste, salt, red chilli paste, Stir well.
  6. Add curd once the moraiya is cooked.mix it well.
