Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup black gram lentil (Urad dal)
  2. 1 tbsp raw rice
  3. 1 cup granulated sugar/jaggery
  4. 1/2 cup Ghee

Instructions

  1. Dry roast raw rice in a vessel till red on low to medium flame and remove.
  2. Now dry roast black gram on a low to medium flame then blend both the raw rice and black gram to a powder.
  3. Mix powdered sugar, hot ghee and grind mixture.
  4. Shape into round balls of the size.
