Ingredients to make Urad Dal Ladoo

  • 1 cup black gram lentil (Urad dal)
  • 1 tbsp raw rice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar/jaggery
  • 1/2 cup ghee

How to make Urad Dal Ladoo

  1. Dry roast raw rice in a vessel till red on low to medium flame and remove.
  2. Now dry roast black gram on a low to medium flame then blend both the raw rice and black gram to a powder.
  3. Mix powdered sugar, hot ghee and grind mixture.
  4. Shape into round balls of the size.
