Ingredients to make Stir fried vegetables

  • Broccoli florets 1/4cup
  • cauliflower florets 1/4cup
  • carrot 1/4cup(Julian cut)
  • French beans 1/4cup( Chopped)
  • Capcicum 1/4cup (diced)
  • tomato 1/8 cup (seedless diced)
  • spring onion 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Blackpepper powder 1 tsp
  • oil 4 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1/2tbsp
  • onion seeds 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp(roasted)

How to make Stir fried vegetables

  1. HALF BOIL 1/4CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS1/4CUP CAULIFLOWER FLORETS 1/4CUP JULIAN CUT CARROTS,CHOPPED BEANS.
  2. STRAIN ALL THE VEGETABLES.
  3. WASH WITH COOL WATER.
  4. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC ,GINGER AND 1 DICED ONION IN PRE- HEATED 4 TBSP OIL. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  5. ADD ALL THE VEGETABLES
  6. MIX WELL.
  7. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 1 TBSP BLACKPEPPER POWDER,SALT AND MIX WELL.
  8. ADD SEEDLESS DICED TOMATOES AND CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS.
  9. ADD 1 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR AND 1/2TSP SOY SAUCE.
  10. FINALLY ADD ONION SEEDS AND ROASTED SESAME SEEDS.
