Ingredients to make Nuts paratha

  • wheat flour - 3/4 cup
  • gram flour - 1 tbsp
  • Makka flour /maize flour - 1/4 cup
  • Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • almond powder - 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Finely chopped methi leaves - 3/4 cup
  • Finely chopped green chilly - 1
  • curd - 2 tbsp
  • clarified butter - 1 tbsp
  • red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp

How to make Nuts paratha

  1. Grind the roasted peanuts to make a powder.
  2. Take a large bowl combine all above listed ingredients except oil.
  3. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  4. Divide the dough into equal balls and roll out paratha.
  5. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
  6. Serve with pickles.
