ABOUT Nuts paratha RECIPE

This is a delicious variety of parathas which has a filling of nuts, crunchy, nutty and yummy parathas for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
  2. Gram flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Makka flour /maize flour - 1/4 cup
  4. Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
  5. Almond powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Finely chopped methi leaves - 3/4 cup
  8. Finely chopped green chilly - 1
  9. Curd - 2 tbsp
  10. Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
  11. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the roasted peanuts to make a powder.
  2. Take a large bowl combine all above listed ingredients except oil.
  3. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  4. Divide the dough into equal balls and roll out paratha.
  5. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
  6. Serve with pickles.
