  1. PEEL AND CUT RAW BANANAS TO FINGER CHIPS
  2. DUST WITH 2 TBSPS CORNFLOUR AND COAT
  3. DEEP FRY IN SMALL BATCHES
  4. THIS IS BROWNED WELL
  5. DRAIN ON A PAPER TOWEL
  6. MAKE 2 TSPS SPICE MIX WITH SALT. I USED OREGANO, RED CHILLI FLAKES, GARLIC POWDER, ROSEMARY.
  7. MIX IT WELL AND DRIZZLE OVER THE FRIED BANANA FINGERS. GIVE A NICE MIX
