Grilled mutton burger

Ingredients to make Grilled mutton burger

  • Mutton boneless peices - 1 cup
  • cinnamon stick - 1
  • Channa dal - 1 tablespoon
  • clove- 2
  • cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • bay leaf - 1
  • Dry red chilly- 2
  • chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • onion chopped dice - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly - 2
  • egg - 1
  • cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Meat masala- 1/4 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • mint leaves - 1 cup
  • salt
  • Burger bun- 2
  • tomato - 1 Sliced
  • onion - 1 sliced
  • Slice cheese - 2
  • butter- 2 tablespoon
  • mayonnaise
  • Lettuce

How to make Grilled mutton burger

  1. Pressure cook mutton with channa dal cinnamon cumin seed clove bay leaf salt dry red chilli and chilli powder for 6 whistles
  2. Take a grinder. Drain excess water from the cooker and add the mixture into the grinder
  3. Add onion green chilli egg pudina and coriander leaves
  4. Then add garam masala cumin powder and meat masala
  5. Grind well
  6. Form the mixture into 2 hamburger patties brush it with butter and grill for 5 minutes per side
  7. Then place a cheese slice on patties and grill for a minute
  8. Take burger bun brush it with butter and grill for 2 minutes
  9. Then take a slice of grilled bun spread mayonnaise . Place lettuce, tomatoes, then patties , and onion. Again add the mayonnaise . Place the other slice of bun.
  10. Grilled mutton burger is ready. Best served immediately . Keeps good for 2 hours if no mayo is used.
