Ingredients to make Soya Discs

  • Whole wheat bread or multi grain bread 8 slices
  • Low fat butter
  • Soya chunks mini1 cup soaked in water
  • Capsicum, carrot, onion cut into diced and light sauteed (can add mushrooms too)
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • Grated cheese to garnish

How to make Soya Discs

  1. Cut round shape from bread slices. Keep aside 4 slices and from rest 4 slices cut small round shape to make rings. Apply butter on full circles and fix rings on them. In a pan take little olive oil, add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add vegetables, Soya chunks sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. take out in a bowl and let it cool
  3. Now put this mixture in bread discs, garnish with some cheese
  4. Bake in oven until crisp
