ABOUT OATS AND VEGETABLE SOUP (LOW CALORIE SOUP) RECIPE

Fibre rich soup that is very filling while also aiding in weight loss

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup Finley chopped carrot
  2. 1/2 cup Finley chopped cabbage
  3. 1/2 cup oats
  4. 2 tsp oil
  5. 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  6. 1 tsp Finley chopped green chilly
  7. 1 tsp soya saus
  8. 3 cup water ya vegetable stock
  9. 2 tsp lemon juice
  10. 1/2 Black pepper ( as to taste)
  11. salt to taste
  12. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriender

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan add the ginger and green chilly and saute on a medium flame for a few second.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage and carrot and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the oats saute on a high flame for 1- 2 minutes
  4. Add the soya saus and water mix well and bring to boil.
  5. Add the salt , black pepper powder and lemon juice mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish it chopped coriander.
  7. Serve & Enjoy
