Ingredients to make Healthy veggie Upma

  • 1cup of semolina
  • 1cup of mix &boil veggies (potato, capsicum, carrot green peas etc.)
  • 1tsp of mustard seed
  • 1/4tsp of fenugreeek seed
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4tsp of red chilli powder
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1tb dry roast peanut
  • 3/4tsp of oil

How to make Healthy veggie Upma

  1. Take a pan add semolina dry roast & keep aside
  2. Add oil in the pan
  3. Crackle mustard seed &fenugreek seed
  4. Add chopped tomato &cook1 minute
  5. Add all veggies cook minutes
  6. Add roasted semolina
  7. Add salt and chilly
  8. Mix well add 2glass of water
  9. Cook 2-3minutes in slow flame
  10. Add roasted peanuts &serve hot with chutney or sauce
