Made this! First time cooking after a long while and this was perfect for some late night dinner. Substituted ghee with butter and it was already pretty good, can't wait to make it with ghee next time!

Heat ghee in a heavy pan.
Fry the Chicken pieces, a few at a time till brown and almost cooked. Remove and reserve.
In the same ghee, add the pureed onions and brown over low heat.
Now add in the cumin, ginger-garlic paste and deggi mirch.
Fry for 2 more minutes, then tip in the tomato puree.
Let cook till oil separates.
Add in the Chicken pieces, green chillies, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
Add hot water and transfer Chicken to a pressure cooker and cook for upto two whistles, alternately cover and cook for 15-20 minutes in the pan or till Chicken is cooked through.
Mix in the cream and kasuri methi, adjust the amount of gravy required.
Garnish with the ginger juliennes and serve hot.
