Ingredients to make Coconut Chutney

  • coconut 1 cup
  • Roasted gram 1/4cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • onion 1/2
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 string
  • cashew 3
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • urad dal 1/2 tsp

How to make Coconut Chutney

  1. In mixie add grated coconut,roasted gram,salt,cashew,green chilli.grind it using little amount of water .keep it aside.
  2. In pan heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal,cashew,Curry leaves,onion.fry for 5 min.
  3. Add it to coconut mixture.
  4. Coconut chutney is ready to serve with dosa or idli
