Ingredients to make Dry onion sabji

  • onion 2
  • oil 2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder1/2tsp
  • coriander powder1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder tsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp

How to make Dry onion sabji

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion
  2. Saute till onion changes color to light brown.
  3. Turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder lemon juice and salt
  4. Remove from heat after 2-3 minutes . Serve hot with roti.

You can also add tomato in it.
