Ingredients to make Besan vali mirch

  • 10-12 green chilly
  • 1 cup chickpea
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp saunf
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil for cooking

How to make Besan vali mirch

  1. Wash and dice 10-12 green chilly.
  2. Take a pan add chickpea flour.stir occasionally till it turns light golden brown in colour.
  3. Saute the green chilly in the mixture for 2-3 minute,till they are cooked.

Serve with paratha.
