ABOUT Egg White Omelette Rolls RECIPE

Omelette is always a healthy option for Breakfast. I used only Egg whites as they are of less calories and fat. Shaped them in rolls for a change in the look. You can also serve aa snacks in tea party.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 4
  2. Onion - 1
  3. Coriander leaves - 100 gms
  4. Green Chilli - 1
  5. Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Black Pepper powder - 1/4 tbsp
  8. Tomato ketchup - for serving

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs in a big bowl
  2. Seperate egg yolks with help of yolk separator or with simple spoon.
  3. Chop onion and green chilli.
  4. Whisk the egg whites
  5. Add the onions and green chillies in it
  6. Chop the coriander leaves finely and mix in the whsiked eggs mixture
  7. Add salt and pepper in it
  8. Mix very well.
  9. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan
  10. Pour half of the mixture
  11. Bake on both sides
  12. Similarly bake both the omelettes
  13. Roll both the omelettes separately
  14. Cut it in pieces
  15. Serve it with tomato ketchup
