  • Boiled moong daal 1 cup
  • coriander leaves
  • Chopped ginger 1.5 tbs
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • amchur powder 1.5 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • fennel seeds Powder 1 tsp
  • Heeng 1 tsp
  • maida 2 Cups
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1/4 cup + frying

How to make Khastaa Kachori

  1. REFINED FLOUR (MAIDA)-2 CUPS
  2. SALT (NAMAK)-1 TSP OR TO TASTE
  3. CAROM SEEDS (AJWAIN)-1 TSP
  4. OLIVE OIL -1/4 CUP
  5. MIX WELL
  6. ADD WATER AND KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  7. APPLY SOME OIL AND KEEP A SIDE FOR 15 MINUTES
  8. OIL-1 TSP
  9. ASAFOETIDA (HEENG)-1 TSP
  10. ADD BOILED MOONG DAAL (YELLOW LENTIL)-1 CUP
  11. GIVE A STIR
  12. TURMERIC (HALDI)-1/2 TSP
  13. CORIANDER POWDER (DHANIYA POWDER) -1 TSP
  14. MIX PROPERLY FOR 2 MINUTES
  15. TAKE OUT IN A MIXING BOWL
  16. SALT TO TASTE
  17. FENNEL SEEDS POWDER (SAUNF POWDER)-1 TSP
  18. GARAM MASALA-1/2 TSP
  19. CHAAT MASALA - 1/2 TSP
  20. CUMIN POWDER (JEERA POWDER)-1/2 TSP
  21. DRY MANGO POWDER (AMCHUR POWDER)-1-1.5 TSP
  22. RED CHILLI POWDER (LAL MIRCH) -1 TSP
  23. MIX ALL THE SPICES
  24. CHOPPED GINGER(ADRAK)-1.5 TBS
  25. CORIANDER LEAVES (DHANIYA) AND MIX
  26. TAKE OUT SOME DOUGH AND MAKE FLATTEN
  27. FILL SOME DAAL MIXTURE AND COVER PROPERLY
  28. ROLL OUT MEDIUM
  29. LIKE THIS
  30. READY TO FRY
  31. DEEP FRY INTO HOT OIL (LOW-MEDIUM HEAT)
  32. FLIP CAREFULLY
  33. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE
