Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 bowl spinach raw
  2. 1 bowl boiled chana
  3. 1 bowl nachos with corn flavour
  4. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  5. salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala according to taste
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1 chopped onion
  8. 1 chopped tomato
  9. 1 chopped cucumber
  10. 1/2 chopped yellow bell pepper
  11. pomegranate seeds
  12. 1/2 tsp oregano
  13. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  14. 1/4 tsp fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Firstly arrange all the ingredients near u
  2. Take a plate. Arrange raw chopped spinach on sides.
  3. Now make a chana chaat in a bowl by adding boiled chana. onions, tomatoes chopped with salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala with lemon juice
  4. Fill the centre of plate or serving tray with chana chaat
  5. Make nachos mayonnaise mix by adding nachos, mayonnaise, chopped onions, tomatoes and bell peppers with oregano, chilli flakes and mixed herbs
  6. Now mix everything well and healthy chaat plate is ready to be served by garnishing with pomegranate seeds
