ABOUT Couscous fritters RECIPE

This is a healthy dish in which couscous ,vegetables.it is very very healthy and tasty recipe. Couscous is a nutritious super food.now a days it is in fashion because it is very very light and on the other side it is very healthy for us.it prevents cancer .it has many vitamins and phosphorus.so it is very healthy. And cooked in less oil

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup couscous
  2. 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 4 cloves of garlic
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  7. 5-7 mint Leaves
  8. coriander leaves
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1 tbsp cornflour
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 1 tsp pepper powder
  13. oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Boil couscous in water
  2. Add half spoon of salt
  3. Now add onion,ginger in it
  4. Add garlic and chilli
  5. Add salt and pepper
  6. Now beat an egg and mix
  7. Lastly add cornflour
  8. Mix all of them
  9. And heat non stick tawa
  10. And make small fritters
  11. Very less oil required on non stick tawa
  12. Make all fritters by cooking from both sides
  13. Serve with sauce
