Ingredients to make Baigan ka bharta

  • 2 large brinjle
  • 2 medium onion
  • 3 tomato
  • 2 tsp chilly powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Ginger chilly paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste

How to make Baigan ka bharta

  1. Slit the brinjal and roast it on the fire.
  2. After the brinjal turns black and brown remove the skin.
  3. Mash the brinjal pulp.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste add chopped tomatoes.
  5. Add all spices.
  6. Add mashed brinjal. And stir.
  7. Allow mix to simmer for 5 minutes.

My Tip:

Serve with bajra roti.
