Ingredients to make Daal kabab

  • chana daal 250 gram(wash and soaked for 1 hour)
  • onion chopped 1
  • garlic chopped 1 spoon
  • ginger chopped 1 spoon
  • Chaat masala 1 spoon
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • oil as required
  • salt to taste

How to make Daal kabab

  1. Mince the drained daal in a blender.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together expect chaat masala and oil into a minced daal.
  3. Then make round shape ball and then shape them in form of kababs.
  4. Now shallow fry them in some oil, in a pan.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala over it.

My Tip:

Serve with crisp salad.
