It's very healthy and Tasty, This is also a rich source of calcium,low calories soup ,it's healthy for all aged people.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 600 gm Red tomato
  2. 10 to 12 garlic cloves
  3. 1 piece ginger
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1/2 spoon salt
  6. 1 spoon sugar
  7. 1 Tbsp amul butter
  8. 2 cloves [laung]
  9. 1 piece cinnamon
  10. 1 glass of water
  11. 2 spoon fresh cream home made
  12. 4 to 5 cashew nuts
  13. 4 to 5 almond [chopped]
  14. 1 spoon black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take a pressure cooker put all mentioned ingredients into it and cover the lid.
  2. Once 2 whistles are attained, switch off the flame.
  3. Now open the lid after the pressure is released.
  4. Blend the soup in a blender.
  5. After blending, sieve the soup in a strainer.
  6. Put the blended slurry into a wok and add butter in to it. Boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Now serve the soup into bowls, garnish them with black pepper,nuts and cream.
