ABOUT Boiled veggies RECIPE

Vegetables are very good for healthy as they contain the necessary nutrients required by the body, and these are boiled so adds the extra boost of healthiness.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2cup of broccoli
  2. 1/4 cup of corn
  3. 1 medium size of carrot
  4. 1 small piece of onion
  5. 1/4cup of Mix bell pepper
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1/2tsp of black pepper
  8. 1/2tsp of oregano


  1. Cut broccoli & carrots. Blanch them in hot water for few minutes.
  2. Cut the onion & bell peppers into cubes.
  3. Heat a pan with 1/4 tsp of olive oil.
  4. Now add the veggies, sprinkle salt & pepper.
  5. Mix well on high flame for few seconds
  6. Sprinkle oregano and mix. serve.
