This is a recipe of my mom. She used to make these for us and now I make them for my family, they totally love it.

Ingredients to make Farah latif's chicken

  • chicken - 500 gm
  • rice - 1/2 cup,
  • green moong dal - 1/4 th cup
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • cheese - 1 tsp [grated]
  • fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  • green chillies - 2
  • coriander leaves [handful]
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make Farah latif's chicken

  1. Prepare chicken stock with chicken , ginger garlic paste, salt and 4 big glasses of water . Wash & soak rice n moong dal for 10mins , and then cook it till half done with very less water and salt.
  2. Add the chicken stock in the khichdi and the shredded chicken . [shred the chicken, left after the stock is made and used]
  3. Add butter( 100 gms)half packet & cook till soft .make a baghar [tadka] of the other half butter wtih slit green chillies & chopped coriander, add to the khichdi .
  4. Lastly add the cheese 200 gms fresh cream ,mix it well .SERVE HOT.

My Tip:

Plz eat it as soon as you can serve it hot .
