It is one of my favourite comfort foods when I don't feel like cooking routine food

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sago/sabudana 2 bowls
  2. 1 Potato
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 Tomato
  5. Half capsicum
  6. 2 tablespoon cabbage
  7. Half carrot
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  10. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Some Curry leaves
  14. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  15. Oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sago for 2 hours
  2. Put oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add finely chopped onions and finely chopped tomatoes. Roast well.
  4. Add all the chopped vegetables, the soaked sago, salt and chilli powder. Mix well.
  5. Cover with a lid and cooke on a very slow flame until translucent.
  6. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
