    Ingredients to make Piyush

    • Shrikand - 1 cup (Kesar/cardamom Flavoured)
    • Milk - 1 cup
    • curd - 1.5 cups
    • sugar - 2 tbsp
    • cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
    • Grated nutmeg powder -1/4 tsp
    • pistachio - For garnishing

    How to make Piyush

    1. In a mixing bowl add the shrikand, curd, milk, sugar, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Using a hand whisk, mix everything well till its smoothy and creamy. Keep this in the refrigerate for atleast 2 hrs to get it chilled.
    2. Pour this chilled piyush in serving glasses and garnish it with chopped pistachio to serve.
