Cheese Mutton Macroni

Ingredients to make Cheese Mutton Macroni

  • 250gm mince mutton
  • 1 cup Macroni elbow
  • 6 cheese slices
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 large tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Cheese Mutton Macroni

  1. Take 1&1/2 glass water in wok add Macroni, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil in it n bring it to boil till Macroni done. Drain extra water n keep aside.
  2. Heat butter in deep pan and add onion, saute it till onion change the color.
  3. Add ginger n saute for 2minutes on low flame.
  4. Add minced mutton, garam masala powder, salt and mix it well.
  5. Add red chili powder and tomato paste. Cover the lid and cook it for 25 to 30minutes on low flame. In between keep sauteing. If required then add 1 glass of water and cook it on low flame.
  6. When mutton cooked add black pepper powder, boiled macroni and 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, mix it.
  7. Put cheese slices on all over mutton n coriander leaves, cover the lid n cook for 5minutes on low flame or till the cheese melt.
  8. Cheese Mutton Macroni is ready to serve. Serve this hot.

My Tip:

I used Macroni which give awesome taste.
