Most of the Bengalis love to have this dish for a Sunday afternoon followed by a afternoon nap.so do I when my family craves for something delicious for Sunday lunch and I want to cook something quickly without any fuss then I always prefer to cook this.

A must for Sunday lunch until you crush tge last bone to dust, if your tooth supports though :)
Marinate the mutton with half garlic paste, mustard oil,curd and keep it for few hours.
Now heat oil add the bay leaf and rest of the whole spices
As it splutters add the chopped onion and then the ginger garlic paste
Keep stirring for few minutes and then add the dry powders one by one.
Keep stirring till oil separates .
Then add the tomatoes.
Let it become mushy.
Add the marinated mutton along with the fried potatoes
Keep stirring till oil comes out and the water dries out.
Add a cup of hot water and cover with a lid
Keep stirring in between till the mutton becomes soft and tender.
Finally add some garam masala powder and switch off the gas.
