ABOUT Caramel popcorn RECIPE

Popcorns tossed in yummy caramel sauce is an any time munch comfort food interesting to cook too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dry corn kernels 1/4 cup
  2. Oil 1 tesp
  3. Butter 2 tbsp
  4. For caramel sauce
  5. Sugar 1/4 cup
  6. Butter 1 tbsp
  7. Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  8. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tesp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter together.
  2. Add corn kernels.
  3. As corns start sizzling cover the lid and let it roast on medium heat till hears the popping sound.
  4. Remove the lid, pop corns are ready.
  5. In a wide bottomed pan spread sugar evenly and let it cook undisturbed.
  6. As sugar melts and start caramelizing mix in butter.
  7. Now add fresh cream and cinnamon powder and mix well.
  8. Off the flame and toss Popcorns in caramel sauce.
